About Tonkotsu East

Tonkotsu East is under the railway arches next to Haggerston station in Hackney and is home to our Noodle Room.

We have a big heated and covered terrace, perfect for big groups or alfresco dining whatever the weather.

Since the early days we’ve put our heart and soul into every bowl – making our noodles, broths, katsu curries, gyoza and sides from scratch. You can watch our noodles being made if you grab a table here.
