About The Cedars B & B

The Cedars was once owned by current owner David’s granddad Mr May. Up until the 1960s the Cedars was run as a B&B. However, through ill health it fell into a bad state of repair. David and Janet bought the house from Mr May in June 1999.

Within two years and with a lot of hard work it was changed into a lovely family home, which enabled all the children to have their own space. But when the time came and the last child moved out, what now? It was decided to change it back into a B&B again. With a lot more hard work from the both of us including adding ensuites in all the bedrooms, the Cedars was reborn again as a B&B in 2012.
