You’ll find our Brighton Rum Kitchen nestled in the lanes, right beside the city’s famous pier. Experience the sounds and flavours of Caribbean carnival at our beachside restaurant, right in the middle of this historically artistic location. Our menu items are meticulously marinated and cooked over extended periods of time to bring you the most tender and flavoursome dishes.
