We offer multi-course tasting menu, available in two lengths, Core £55 and Signature £75.

Indulge in a culinary journey inspired by the rich and hearty flavours of the northern regions. Our carefully curated menu showcases seasonal ingredients through traditional techniques, reimagined with a modern twist.

All our tasting menus begin with a selection of chef snacks that pay homage to the North West. This is followed by our signature Truffle & Chive Milk Loaf, Whipped Butter, Chicken Liver Parfait and a hearty Chicken Broth for dipping or sipping.

Our Signature menu offers an extended dining experience with all the dishes from our core menu, along with some of Jack’s trademark dishes, highlighting our chef’s creativity and expertise.

To conclude the menu, you’ll receive a selection of ‘sweets’ that we hope will evoke some fond childhood memories.

We also offer a Highlights menu at lunch and mid-week for a lighter meal.
