Additionally, I conduct the transformation of a street food venture into a thriving multi-site enterprise, including the opening of the UK's first vegan pub. Driven by a commitment to advancing the sector's growth, I've managed catering operations and kitchens for a vegetarian school trust across
12 sites in the UK.
