We source our produce from traders in Borough Market as well as some of the best fruit & vegetable growers, fishermen & farmers in the UK & Europe. We love to cook using our wood fired grill & oven. The simplicity of this approach encourages us to focus on the natural inherent flavours of the ingredient.
