Located in a fortress built for the surveillance of the Bay of Palma, Cap Rocat was a great challenge of restoration. It was about transforming the facilities to the use of a hotel and also complying with the strict regulations of a building declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and listed as a National Monument. It is located within a Protected Natural Area and blends incredibly with the landscape. Cap Rocat has been completely renovated by Antonio Obrador with great respect for its unique architecture and natural conditions. A project recognized, among other awards, with the Europa Nostra award.
