ABOUT ME
I spent many years in an office – 8+ hours a day – and used exercise as a stress reliever and an excuse to be outside. Along the way I realised the natural high that comes from exercise and how much better I felt each and every day.
I spent over two years training to complete my qualifications to become a Personal Trainer and I am a member of CIMSPA – Chartered Institute for the Management of Sports and Physical Activity.
I want to share my passion with others and help them to experience the thrill I have found in raising my own fitness and health to the levels they are today.
My aim is to establish the right starting level and then push you just hard enough so that you too can enjoy the highs, feel energised, build on your abilities and reach the point that you no longer dread exercise and end up giving up.
