Located in the historic Matchworks building, the 24/7 Fitness Speke gym offers a visually stunning and unique workout experience with its multi-floor layout and panoramic studio views.
Choose from over 200 different pieces of gym equipment, including our cardio and resistance machines, free weight lifting section and functional training zone. The Speke gym also features a boxing area and a newly renovated spin room.
For the ladies, we have an exclusive women’s-only training area so that you can feel truly comfortable during your training. And for those of you who enjoy group classes, you’ll find a wide variety of gym classes available, such as spinning, DanceFit, HIIT Step, Les Mills BodyPump and BodyCombat and more.
