The much-anticipated NEW musical The Prince of Egypt is coming to the West End
next year and the full creative team has now been announced. The casting for
the show is still yet to be announced.
This exciting new musical is based on the 1998 DreamWorks
animation film of the same name.
It has been previously announced that Scott Schwartz and Sean
Cheesman (choreographer) will be working on the show and they will be joined by
set designer Kevin Depinet, costume designer Ann Hould-Ward, lighting designer
Mike Billings, sound designer Gareth Owen, projection designer Jon Driscoll and
illusion designer Chris Fisher. Orchestrations are from August Eriksmoen with
musical supervision and arrangements by Dominick Amendum, musical direction by
Dave Rose and casting by Jim Arnold.
If you want to get your hands on tickets for The Prince of Egypt they
will be going on sale tomorrow at 10am (Monday 3 June).
The show is set to open on the 25th February 2020.
