Casting announcement for UK Tour of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie

Layton Williams and Shane Richie are to Star in UK Tour of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie 

Layton Williams and Shane Richie have both previously starred in the West End musical of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie.

This Olivier Award-nominated show will be opening in Sheffield on February 2020. This is the setting of the musical which is based on the 2011 documentary Jamie: Drag Queen at 16. 

Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is the hit musical for today. Jamie New is sixteen and lives on a council estate in Sheffield. Jamie doesn’t quite fit in. Jamie is terrified about the future. He is going to be a sensation. Supported by his brilliant loving mum and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies and steps out of the darkness, into the spotlight.
